Olaniyi Olabiyi

Dr Joshua is an experienced senior lecturer in the Department of Industrial Psychology at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa. He has extensive knowledge in teaching a wide range of courses including Organizational Behavior, Labor Relations, Training Management, Introduction to Work Psychology, and Research Methodology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Dr Joshua\'s research interests are focused on various areas such as human resource diversity, work psychology, training management, organizational behaviour and development, trade unionism, employment policy and framework, labour relations, and conflict resolution mechanisms in multinational companies. His expertise in these areas has been recognized by many and he is highly respected in the academic community.
