Biography

Miron Canelo has been a physician, doctor, and professor of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the University of Salamanca for 33 years now. He is a director of a Degree of the USAL in Health Management currently in the XII Ed. Prof. Miron Canelo leads a Research Group at the Institute of Biomedical Research (IBSAL) of the University for vulnerable people and patients such as the elderly with pluripathologies and people with disabilities and dependency. As a teacher, he has been recognized for excellence in teaching three times for a period of five years.
