Francisco Serralvo

Bachelor in Business Administration. Master\'s in Business Administration and Doctorate in Social Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), and a postdoctoral degree in Marketing from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (Spain). He is a Professor of Marketing and was the Director of FEA-PUC / SP. He coordinates the Grupo de Estudos da Marca-GEMa at PUC/SP. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Administração em Diálogo – RAD, edited by PUC-SP.
