Prof. Osama Mohammad Mostafa Darwesh is a Professor of Environmental Microbiology and Nanotechnology in the Agricultural Microbiology Department, National Research Centre, Cairo, Egypt. He has been awarded 6 prizes including the National Research Center\'s Best Ph.D. Thesis award in 2014, the Environmental Research Award from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology in 2017, and the Encouraging State Prize in Advanced Technological Sciences in 2018. He holds 6 patents and has published more than 110 international papers and 15 books.
