Alina Narcisa Postolache was born in the year 1984. In 2008, she obtained the engineering degree in the food processing industry from the 'Ion Ionescu de la Brad' University of Life Sciences in Iaşi. Furthermore, she obtained her PhD in Animal Products Technology, where she conducted research on the quality parameters that defined the quality of game meat, such as wild boar and red deer meat. Throughout her professional trajectory, she acquired extensive expertise including commercial and administrative operations, logistics activities, training, and fundamental research within the food business operators. In addition, her managerial role in quality assurance allowed her to advance in the field of food safety, accumulating over a decade of expertise as a specialist, consultant, researcher, and international auditor for specific GFSI standards schemes. She worked on enhancing the quality of products in the meat, milk, and bakery industries produced by various food processing companies. Additionally, she is responsible for creating, implementing, and / or auditing food safety programs with the shared goal of delivery of safety products to the consumers and expanding the company’s market presence. She has authored over 50 research articles in the field
