Hafiz A.R. Suleria
Hafiz Suleria is a senior lecturer (ARC DECRA Fellow) in the School of Agriculture and Food, University of Melbourne (UoM), Australia. Prior to the ARC DECRA Fellowship, he completed a McKenzie Fellowship (UoM), Alfred Deakin Fellowship (Deakin University, Australia), and US Postdoctoral Fellowship (Kansas State University, USA) in the field of food science and nutrition. Dr. Suleria’s research focuses on food science and nutrition, particularly the screening of phytochemicals and bioactive molecules from different plant, marine, and animal sources. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific papers in journals. He also collaborates with more than five universities as a co-supervisor/special member for Ph.D. students and works on joint publications, projects, and grants.
