Steven Spears
Dr. Spears is an Associate Professor of Instruction in the School of Planning and Public Affairs at the University of Iowa in the United States. He also holds a position as a postdoctoral researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in Mexico. His research specializations include travel behavior and bicycle/pedestrian safety. He holds a Ph.D. in Planning, Policy & Design from the University of California at Irvine and has previous work experience in the fields of transportation planning, civil and mechanical engineering, and airborne earth science.
