Hyun-Seok Kim
Prof. Hyun-Seok Kim received his MSc and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He was a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was involved in the design and fabrication of nanoelectromechanical single-electron transistors. He then joined Intel Corporation in the USA as a senior R&D engineer during the period of 2008–2011. He is currently a professor at the Division of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Dongguk University, Seoul, South Korea. His main research interests are 2D materials and nano- and micro-electronics for energy and sensor devices. He has published more than 300 research papers in well-reputed international journals.
