Alfredo Ursúa
Alfredo Ursúa received a BSc, MSc, and Ph.D. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the Public University of Navarre (UPNA), Spain, in 2001, 2004, and 2010, respectively. He is a professor in the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Department, UPNA. He is also Vice-Dean of the Higher Technical School of Industrial and ICT Engineering. He has participated in more than seventy-five research projects funded by public agencies or in collaboration with the industry and he is co-inventor of seven patents. He has supervised five doctoral theses and published more than 100 scientific papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His research interests include renewable energies, energy storage, hydrogen technologies, and power electronics.
